The ship does not provide scientific equipment such as microscopes, binoculars, etc.

The needs of each Scientific Party, beyond the basic food and accommodations provided by the ship, are the responsibility of the party members. The ship's operational supplies are not available for scientific use. Extra thought needs to be given to this part of Cruise Planning.
